At first, I would have rated this laptop 5 star. Ran fine, L755-S5350 easily upgradable, sleek, etc. Later a few months of using, I commenced getting lockups. Instantly they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I assayed contacting technical stand – less intelligence there than a cable society tech bear line. In fact, the appendage is “send us the laptop and we will ship you a repaired laptop”. Lastly time I did that (a different electronics device) I had back a device that was clearly used, abused, and in worse condition. My next buy will exist a Dell.
