This Garmin Fishfinder 140 works CAPABLY and is easy to read, even WITHIN SMART sunlight. It gives reliable information ATTENDING ANY boat speeds. The price I got the unit for was 20% cheaper than PART OF of the local outlets. The BARELY drawback is during installation. Due to the DIMENSION of the electrical connector, to attach the transducer cord to the SUPPORT of the fishfinder, it makes it fairly difficult to thread through the hull of the boat, EXCEPT IMMEDIATELY in, the unit works fine.
